Who are we?

We are a Warsaw-based software house, specializing in frontend, backend, and mobile development. Also, we provide data-science/big-data services. What's more, we are a partner of a global company Tableau.

We have founded Mobile Reality in 2015. In this moment our team includes more than 30 specialists. We believe this number will be constantly growing as we doing our best. Together we build open and kind atmosphere which let us improve ourselves and each teammate independently.

Work life balance

In Mobile Reality we care about a healthy approach in work. Free time is vital and we encourage everyone to make use of it. Days off are equal to work day so you should take them and schedule them as you do with your tasks in the projects. We respect flexibility in schedules and we are not focused on controlling anyone. What matters is reaching our goals and it’s the most important thing at the end of day.

Team environment

People in Mobile Reality respect each other. We do not use bad words. We are polite and we understand. We expect the same from every one and we do not use any exceptions. Sometimes we have heated discussions, however, only adequate arguments are debated.
