We are creating a Mobile Reality! We are small by design and focused on creating profitable digital products and transforming data into profit. We are specializing in a few core technologies React.JS / React Native / Vue.js / Node.JS / Amazon Web Services. These technologies are always our first choice. We are doing the most interesting projects for clients from all over the world.

Our office is located in Business Link PGE Narodowy but we work 100% remotely.

We need people and want to boost our Marketing Department. Are you looking for work in a team of experienced specialists in E2E web and mobile product development projects? Don’t hesitate to contact us!

As an ideal candidate, you have:
At least 3 years of work experience in Digital Marketing. Nice to have: experience in cooperation with companies from the IT industry (e.g. Software Houses)
Experience in managing and increasing conversions in online channels
Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Search Console
Extensive experience with SEM, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Company Blog, Social Media
Knowledge of how to run marketing campaigns and set KPIs, understand key performance indicators ROAS
Knowledge of online marketing trends
Ability to set short and long-term marketing/sales goals
Result oriented and decisive attitude
Motivation to take your analytical knowledge to the next level
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish

Your daily tasks as a Growth Marketing Manager in Mobile Reality:
Promoting the B2B product and IT services in foreign markets
Creating a marketing strategy for IT services and B2B product
Analysis of marketing data
Work with KPIs
Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Search Console, SE Ranking, Google Ads, Wisepops, HubSpot
Cooperation and communication with the team, task delegation
Reporting to and communicating with the management board
